PhysioNeuroRehab has extensive experience in a supporting clinicians and therapy assistants who are developing their expertise in neurological rehabilitation. Regular mentoring is crucial in helping clinicians to develop their prioritisation skills, clinical decision making and hands-on skills. Supervision is a recognised activity in the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) continuing professional development (CPD) bi-annual audit. Supervision / mentoring is goals focused and can take place face to face, via Skype, or telephone to suit the needs of the organisation or individual.
